Good Afternoon,

I've been searching for a training video for nursing staff that depicts
running a "code" (in hospital, not in the community) and I'm skeptical
that one does not exist despite coming up empty.

We have "Code:cardiac arrest" by Springhouse that is good, but it is
outdated --the drugs are different (1990). Springhouse is now owned by
LWW, and the considered update to the Springhouse video, "Mastering CPR"
from the Expert Nurse Video Series (2001) is good but does not quite
cover all the issues desired by our educators.

I can't believe this should be that hard to find since video is such a
good medium for this kind of training, and training for codes is so
common. A CD-ROM or DVD would suffice too.

TIA for any of your suggestions, and I'll be happy to summarize the
findings.

Regards,
