A few minutes ago while driving down North Willard near Henry Street, I noticed two tight flocks of birds burst from behind a house. Looked like pigeons and sparrows. I looked for an escort, and out of the pigeon flock flew a mid-sized, dark appearing falcon. In the same moment I was absorbing the shape and cadence, I saw a little bird wriggling in it's talons. One last look through the sun roof, and it was gone. Probably a merlin, but not impossible it was a immy male peregrine. Definitley cool ('cept for the little bird, of course).
