The big questions here is:::::: Why don't the accountants care about those
small accounts 'out there'?
Another one is::::::: What about the accounts under one of 'our' Fed ID#'s
which were set up before we became the Treasurers? Sometimes those are not
so little.
It would super nice to have some 'official' guideline/clout to have signing
powers over anything with these FED ID#s or that the parties had to get
there own.
It is of concern.

school get a separate EIN for those accounts not directly under control of
the Town/School Treasurer. It did create some confusion during the change
but seems to be working well now.
