Hi Dawn,


 It may be due to either a stenosis or cerebral vasospasm. What is the
clinical history of the patient. If the patient is young, it is probably
normal. What vessel are you interrogating? What time average mean flow
velocity does the same contralateral vessel show for comparison?
 105 cm/s may be normal depending on the answers to some of these questions.
Also, what equipment are you using and how do you derive your "mean"
velocities.
