The mean velocities for TCD is a time mean flow velocity in cm/s.
Which vessel was the 105 velocity from?. Are you also using the MCA/ICA
ratio? Flow velocities can be high due to stenosis, hyperdynamic flow,
vasospasm and an elevated PaCO2. Can you give me some more details?
