I may live to regret this, but try this

        http://www.uvm.edu/skivt-l/image_upload/

Every image upload generates email to me, and I reserve the right to
delete anything abusive or inappropriate. While every uploaded image
also generates a URL and can immediately be viewed by the world,
consider that to be a temporary location: Old images will be deleted
after some arbitrary length of time, unless the contributor also emails
me a request and permission to house said images in one of the
permanent SkiVt-L galleries; in particular,

        Vermont: http://www.uvm.edu/skivt-l/?Page=&dir=./Vermont
        World: http://www.uvm.edu/skivt-l/?Page=&dir=./world
        History Vault: http://www.uvm.edu/skivt-l/?Page=&dir=./vault

Currently JPEG images will yield the best results, as the identifying
metadata requested by the upload form will be preserved. However,
QuickTime movies may work, too.
