1) I didn't get any popups. However, if you did:
2) Change your browser. Try Mozilla or Opera.
3) If you want to keep your browser (or want more control), get proxomitron.
Hmm, we should have some sort of community resource on writing filters and
cleverly designed regexps. Might justify the title hacker.
4) To find proxomitron, search. That's a different lesson.
5) If you don't like the amount of work required to tweak proxo, try something
simple, such as AnalogX's POW!
6) If pow doesn't have enough functionality for you, you might like to try a
commercial tool. My favorite is PopUp Cop.
