I've got global maps available on http://es.ucsc.edu/~gbowen/Isomaps.html.
I also have a zoomed-in version of the d18O map showing just Europe, which
I made for a talk last year and can send you if you'd like.
On that site you'll also find a link to an IAEA webpage where a more
extensive but somewhat less accurate set of maps are available. These
might also be of use to you...
