Subject: Truancy and Dropout Prevention Training Opportunities

       You may have received a notice of about the planned training events
already. My apologies for the duplication. The Consortium is planning
to offer workshops through out the next year in topics related to the
community development pilot project work and other Vermont initiatives and
programs in our continued work to build capacity in truancy and dropout
prevention. We would like to elicit comments >from an array of partners
to determine the areas of most interest and need, and the likely
audiences. Please forward the attached needs assessment form to schools,
community and state agencies, and individuals with whom you work. Groups
