All these sites are good birding areas. They are also all VT Important Bird Areas. If you are looking for Gray Jay, Boreal Chickadees and Black-backed Woodpeckers I would head to Victory. On the other hand if waterfowl, terns and wading birds float your boat then Mud Creek/Missisquoi would be your best bet. You may find more variety at the latter site as well.

Thought I'd make this post to ask some advice. We are looking to do a
weekend birding trip here in Vermont. We're looking for an area we've never
been to. At this point we've come down to either the Victory Bog area or
the Mud Creek and Missisquoi area. Any recommendations?
