Not being the best birders by far, we were spinning yesterday (8/31) to have
an immature gull sized brown bird doing close fly bys and landing at times on
our shoreline on Missisquoi Bay yesterday.  By the time we had reached a good
birder, of course the bird was gone.

Today (9/1) while Dick Lavallee was here, the bird did a very fast fly by
only once.  By noon, we had the pictures developed that we took yesterday, and
from our descriptions, Dick's quick look and the pictures, Ted Murin and Dick
have identified (99%) the bird as a juvenile Parasitic Jaeger.  Thanks to both
of them for spending time here and helping us to identify a life bird for us.

The bird was here only once today on a quick fly by, but if it shows itself
again, I will post it here so that folks can try to see it.
