Dear Colleagues:

The International Network of Scholars (INET) is an informal group of over 200
scholars from more than 30 nations who are studying topics of school, family,
and community partnerships.

Every other year, members of INET convene at the start of the annual meeting of
the American Educational Research Association (AERA) to renew friendships,
share ideas and progress, and identify new directions in research and
evaluation on school, family, and community partnerships.

The 12th International Roundtable on School, Family, and Community Partnerships
will be held Monday, April 12, 2004 in San Diego, California (location to be
announced). As a member of INET, you are invited to submit a proposal for presentation at the Roundtable. The text of the Call for Papers is included in this email and provided as an
email WORD attachment. The deadline for PROPOSALS is January 9, 2004. All
communications for the Roundtable will be by e-mail.

Please feel free to share the information about the Roundtable and INET with
other colleagues who are studying school, family, and community partnerships.

We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,

Joyce L. Epstein
