This is part 2 of a series of training that embraces the concept of Servant
Leadership. Servant Leadership is a practical philosophy that supports
people who choose to serve first, and then lead as a way of expanding
service to individuals and institutions. Servant-Leadership encourages

concepts, tools and strategies for determining and addressing the root
causes of problems, learning methods for identifying solutions and making
decisions.
