SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT TRAINING SERIES

This is part 4 of a series of training that embraces the concept of Servant
Leadership.  Servant Leadership is a practical philosophy that supports
people who choose to serve first, and then lead as a way of expanding
service to individuals and institutions.  Servant-Leadership encourages
collaboration, trust, foresight, listening, and the ethical use of power
and empowerment.

This seminar is designed for experienced manages who wish to build their
leadership skills to increase their organization's effectiveness.
Participants will learn how to transform managerial talents into leadership
abilities, increase self-awareness and face challenges as a strong leader.
Participants will be introduced to traditional and cutting-edge concepts of
leadership, with discussion and hands-on, skill-building exercises.
