SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT TRAINING SERIES
(Part 2 of 5)

This is part 2 of a series of training that embraces the concept of Servant
Leadership.  Servant Leadership is a practical philosophy that supports
people who choose to serve first, and then lead as a way of expanding
service to individuals and institutions.  Servant-Leadership encourages
collaboration, trust, foresight, listening, and the ethical use of power
and empowerment.


PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING

This workshop will introduce managers and supervisors to the basic
concepts, tools and strategies for determining and addressing the root
causes of problems, learning methods for identifying solutions and making
decisions.

* Creative problem solving and decision making models
* Increasing the quantity of solution ideas while eliminating roadblocks
* Assessing the potential impact of a solution
* Application of learned techniques to existing problems
