This is part 4 of a series of training that embraces the concept of Servant
Leadership. Servant Leadership is a practical philosophy that supports
people who choose to serve first, and then lead as a way of expanding
service to individuals and institutions. Servant-Leadership encourages
collaboration, trust, foresight, listening, and the ethical use of power
and empowerment.

leadership skills to increase their organization's effectiveness.

leadership, with discussion and hands-on, skill-building exercises.
