As of this year, Weathersfield now hires the entire tax sale process out.  The
attorney collects all fees, retains his/her own for services, supplies, etc.,
and pays the Town the amount of delinquent taxes, interest, and penalties
in full.

Is a cleaner way, as we no longer have to track our costs - the attorney
does it
all.
