A NY Times article "Study of Two Cholesterol Drugs Finds One Halts Heart
Disease", Nov. 13, 2003 (I think) mentions a study by Dr. Steven Nissen
that was presented at the American Heart Association meeting earlier this
month. It says "He described the results yesterday at the American Heart
Association meeting in Orlando, Fla, and submitted a paper for publication."
While searching for the paper on GOOGLE, I found that it is called the
REVERSAL Study but I could not find the actual publication. My guess is
that it has not been published yet. However, I just want to make sure I
didn't miss an obvious source.
I searched in PUBMED and GOOGLE using the drug names, the study name and the
author's name with no results. I also searched AHA Scientific Sessions site
and the several Pfizer sites. I did find a lengthy article about it on the
Cleveland Clinic Foundation Heart Center site but that's about it.
Any ideas??
Thanks,
