Fear not. The programming contest will be held Feb. 14-16th (16th is a recess day). The top prize, winner-take-all, no holds barred, will be $200, and all the recognition which is possible in this environment (could be a lot, you never know).
The CSSA officers will be having a meeting tonight, publicity to come. I should have had Chris change the announcements on the website.
On another note, we'd like to do a bowling night again this year. Last year, we got a group of about 15 people together and went to Yankee Lanes. The cost would be $10 a piece, including shoes. I think late February would be a good time to go. I spoke to someone at Yankee Lanes. Thursday evening is better than Friday, but Friday is possible.
Please send me some feedback with your thoughts on the what days would work best. Better yet, post to the list. I'm thinking of 19,20,27,or 28.
Sincerely,
Charlotte
