Hi Josh,
If the rules say tyr, it's tyr. At first it was mansfield, I'm not sure why the change. David has put a lot of work into organizing the contest, so he must have had some reason.
As for software, we're looking into that. I think we should add as a recommendation to the rules that teams send their language of choice in the registration e-mail.
