Recreational Sports Spring Semester 2004
EXTENDED HOURS - You asked for it so we are going to give it to you!
Recreational Sports will be expanding our Saturday and Sunday hours. For the
spring semester we will now be opening at 10am instead of 1pm.
All Recreation Facilities will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday,
January 20. Don't forget that you can always check our weekly schedules on-line
GROUP FITNESS / AEROBICS
KEEP YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION
A great way to get motivated to exercise is to take group exercise classes. We
offer Aahtanga Yoga, Chisel, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Hard Core, Intervelocity,
Kickbox, Pilates With Toys (new this semester), Power Blast, Steptacular, Tai
Chi (new this semester), and Yoga Flow. For just $50 you can take an unlimited
number of classes each week for an entire semester! Classes start January 25th.

Work-study building monitor jobs available for Monday/Wednesday/Friday
6:50am-11:00am and Tuesday/Thursdays 9:50am-1:00pm. These positions start at
$7.00 an hour with various raise opportunities throughout the semester. If

Intramural Sports has a wonderful program lined up for the fall semester (new
events in bold) including 5on5 Basketball, Ice Hockey, Whiffleball, 4on4
Volleyball, Innertube Water Polo, Racquetball Singles, Indoor Soccer, Video
Game Basketball Tournament, 4on4 Flag Football,and a Softball Tournament. As
you can see we have a little something for everyone. Get involved today!
SKI TRIP - JAY PEAK
Rec Sports is sponsoring a ski trip to Jay Peak on Tuesday March 2 (no classes
Town Meeting Day). Cost is $25 and include your lift ticket, transportation to
the mountain, and lunch. WOW!
