Steve and the list -
The draft.... or should I say DRAFT technology GCE's are not yet online. At the three meetings in March we expect to have significant commentary and change and will subsequently post them. Basically, we don't feel the document is quite ready for "prime-time" which is why we want to bring people in to view, discuss, and critique the work.
Thanks for your interest and we hope to have good turnouts for the upcoming meetings.

Ah, thanks Bill ! So it's not Cabin Fever (or Cabin Chill ... my office
is 15.5 C right now :) )
