This looks pretty cool. So who will be demonstrating the high falls? :-)
One suggestion; you can get a portable catcard reader machine so that people
can use their catscratch if the don't have cash. The SGA folks said that
it's available--and I think they said free--for clubs to go borrow one from
You might check with the SGA office about a supply of raffle tickets; that's
probably a commonly requested supply.

Subject: Springfest Game Table on 4/24
A few of us put together a plan for what Aikido fundraising activity we
could do for Springfest. Please see attached. We thought a 50/50 raffle
and demonstrating techniques would be good. Suggestions are welcome and
I'm going to let the person know that we are going to do this and that we'll
need 2 tables. We still need all the help we can get. So far, Graig,
Justin, Ari and Richard?? have agreed to help out. Anyone else, let me know
or if you could show up for part of the event to help that would be good.
This is what we need to do so far:
1) Setting up info for the tables.
2) Making sure we have mats to borrow.
3) Getting or making raffle tickets.
Let me know if you want to work on one or more of these and you may start.
I think if you spend any money (save receipts) for preparation, you can get
reimbursed. Is that right, Kirsten?
