I think that setting up a survey web site would be a great project!  I'd be
willing to set up the database end(including SQL queries), if 1 or 2 other
people would want to do the HTML/PHP/BLAH/BLAH/STUFF.  I'd also like to
recommend it be done in JSPs using Jakarta Struts(if we could have write
permissions on the webapps directory.  J2EE applications are becoming very
popular.  I think it would be a really good learning experience(and resume
builder...)  for everyone involved.
