You could try blocking some stuff using wildcards.
The only problem I have seen from the above, is that innocent files like
*.*/menudetail.htm get blocked as well. Not sure how iPrisim works, but
maybe this might be of some use.

Subject: Filtering Question
Hello All -
It's always something, ain't it?
We have had some recent trouble with students pulling up pornographic images
by searching for first names in Google Images (and AltVIsta, and Lycos, and
other image search engines....) I have heard that this is a drawback of any
URL filtering system (we are using iPrism by St. Bernard, which otherwise I
have been very pleased with!).
Any ideas or suggestions, or do I just need to block all but a select few
(clean) search engines?
Any suggestions on other online image libraries (filtered, of course)?
