Dear Student:

Every summer, UVM offers nearly 400 courses for undergraduate and graduate
students.  The courses are available from late May through mid-August.
Last year, over 3,000 UVM students enrolled in summer courses.

We are conducting a survey to determine interest in this summer's courses.
The survey will take about 7-10 minutes to complete and your participation
will help us have an accurate reading of what our students would like.

As a thank you, we will have a drawing for one, round-trip airfare ticket
to Cancun, courtesy of Milne Travel American Express.  If you would like
to be eligible for the prize, enter your name at the end of the survey.
Please be assured that your entry will be kept separate from your survey
responses and that your answers will be confidential.
