An excellent program for time-series analysis of evenly
sampled series is the SSA-MTM toolkit (www.atmos.ucla.edu/tcd/ssa/).
This package does basic Fourier transforms, Blackman-Tukey,
multi-taper (MTM), maximum entropy (MEM) and singular-spectrum
analysis (SSA) methods. It also includes good algorithms for testing
significance etc. Two programs (Spectrum and Redfit) allow analysis
of unevenly sampled time series and estimation of the red-noise
spectra from the same time series
>I would like to know different kinds of software that are
>commercially available used for interpreting palioclimatic data.
>Some of the uses are a)spectrum analysis of uniform and non-uniform
>data set, such as Power Spectrum, SSA, Wavelet analysis. 2)
>Principal Component analysis, EOF and SVD analysis and ofcourse
>ploting of 2D and 3D data. (for Windows operating system).
>I would appreciate very much if you give some suggestion.
>Thanking in advance,
