It's working fine. There may be too many people trying to see it at the
same time, or your service may be too slow if it's a dialup service as
opposed to dsl. If you click on the webcam section, it should take just
a few seconds to open up. If it doesn't, try another time, or check
your computer to be sure it has a video capability. Good luck!
