Today in Brandon: In a shrub 50 feet away and at eye level I saw a
BLACK BILLED CUCKOO, INDIGO BUNTING, AM. GOLDFINCH and CEDAR WAXWINGS.
A family of weasels dashed across the road and a family of GREEN HERON
(4) were calling and flying by. All this occurred on Union St. near the
Otter Creek.
July 17th a trip to the Birds of Vermont Museum is planned. We will have
a guided tour by Bob Spear himself. If interested contact me for further
details. Sue
