after runnig fine for a few weeks we face a new problem with our DeltaS.
It looks that the sample bellow on the sample side has a leak.
Closing all valves the bellow fills very fast (5 to 10 sec.) with
atmosphere (pressure gauge shows maximum and fore vaccum pump can not
pump down the bellow). The week before we had the problem that the
sequences stoped a few times with the error: "Can not move bellow to
100%". The software showed the bellow at 94% and tried to move the
bellow (clack--clack--clack) without success. After performing "bellow
calibration" the problem dissapeared for a few days but came back. On
Monday we noticed that the bellow seems to have a leak.
I disassembled the bellow system but no mechanical damage can be
seen on the bellow (what does not mean that there is no leak).
My question: Does anybody know an adress where I can get the
bellow repaired? Exchange part from Finnigan is about 2250,- EUR
