In response to Ron's thought that there might be conflict if Eagles are regular near Osprey territory:  Maine biologists say that once Bald Eagles set up a territory, Ospreys move away.  Certainly when I was monitoring the 1st Bald Eagle nest in NH since the 40s I saw much harassment by them of Ospreys and now there are many fewer at Lake Umbagog.
