I'm not sure of that. For your machine at work I'd try creating a
custom list in the scope window with a value of 126.96.36.199. Since you
will be using the vpn client, your ip will be in the 92.x subnet. I
believe 188.8.131.52 specifies the range of all addresses. You won't be
able to specify a specific address since vpn will assign you a different
one each time.
For your home computer you can do the same thing. If you have a fixed
IP here, you can specify it otherwise you can specify your subnet in the
same way as above.
