We have a used ASCO cryogenic valve but I am not sure what condition its
in. It runs at 230V so may not be the same.
On the advice of the liquid nitrogen vessel manufacturer, we installed a
liquid cryogenic regulator before the valve so the pressure is limited to 1
Bar on the vessel side.. This ensures that when the valve opens liquid
nitrogen doesn't blow out everywhere under the Kiel device and also
protects the valve from abnormal high pressure.
