1. Student Forum to address riots on Redstone ----------------------------
As many of you may know by now, UVM has experienced a riot on the Redstone
Campus last night, following the Boston Red Sox and NY Yankees game. SGA and
the Inter-Residence Association have been collaborating and, from comments
students have given us, we have decided to set up a Student Forum. The purpose
and goal of this initiative would be to find alternatives and programming ideas
to prevent from future "Baseball" riots, or any other riots for that matter, to
happen on campus.
The Student Forum will be Monday, October 25, between 2:30 and 4:30pm in
Kalkin Hall Room 003. Please attend if you wish to help and create a peer
dialogue about the riots.
This Forum is student sponsored and administrators will not be present.
