Hello CATs! Thank you for a very productive and thoughtful meeting last night!
Per our discussion, here is what I feel like the next couple months and next
semester will look like:
**Marc, Summer, and Myself will split the responsibility of meeting with the
captains of events within the week before their event to take care of details.
We will also be communicating through email with that captain and team in the
weeks before so that these details don't need to take place during meeting
**Meetings will focus on more constructive ideas/projects. A few examples might
be, advertising, recruitment ideas, or logo design. This will give us meetings
that are less rushed and more constructive and productive.
**All of us will be responsible for carefully reading the agenda and making
notes of any questions we might have about the information listed. The first
ten minutes or so of each meeting will be used to answer these questions before
we move on to other things.
**This schedule, however, is contingent on the fac that people are there ON
TIME!! We ALL need to be there at 8 oclock so we can start right away and not
have to stay long past nine to complete the information we need to get through.
I hope that we can all agree that these will be positive and productive
adjustments. If anyone has any concerns or questions about what we talked about
last night PLEASE dont hesitate to email me and chat about it. Also, if anyone
has further suggestions please share those with the group!
One last thing, I know that both Steve and Philnesia had the card last week for
Psychic Fair. I need that back before the end of the day so whoever has it
needs to return it to my office in Student Life. Thank You!
