This is my agenda, that was supposed to be sent out to the listserve on Tues
morning, but wasn't because of email complications. Here it is anyway, hope you
read and sorry it was late.

Well hello CATs!
Sorry this is late, my week's two days short with NACA coming up. Just a
reminder that YOU NEED TO BRING DONATIONS TO MEETING. This was given to you TWO
weeks ago. It is important we hold up our end of the stick for this event.
Also, we are NOT going to be discussing everything on the agenda (for lack of
time and trying something different). Nicole will be running the meeting and
talking about the article, Director stuff, and other virtues of being on CATs.
Here is a list of things that will NOT be discussed at meeting, but can/need to
be brought up to me or Sum:

1) Rock the Vote (Nov 2)
-bring donations...again, very important
-we will be given a quick overview of expected duties at 8pm
2) UVM Bowls (Mel)
-please make sure that buses, security, and Yankee are all coordinated with and
know needed info. Security should be checking bags upon entering Yankee.
-$5, buses at Billings and Patrick Gym to Yankee, 9pm-midnight (send out on
listserves if you get a chance)
-moneybox will be kept in Student Life, as Kelly (the secretary) where it shall
be obtained
-need to remember: prizes (aka bowling shirts), moneybox, and advertising for
CATs
-tables at Cook...coordinate working them
-do you want people riding buses...? talk to your team about it!
3) Contra Dance (Flo)
-Yeah, so any ideas for advertising...? Flo, Amanda and I tried to think of
some...we got nothing. Email her ASAP if you think of anything.
-Rootbeer Float Day...resurrected?
-Tables at Cook? discuss with yea team
-Call Doug: sound equipment?
-Images sent to Pat R.?
4) CAT Concert (Sum and Marc)
-doors-7pm, $5, N. Lounge, no presales on tix
-The Years Best (7pm), Moonraker, Jazz Mandalin
-more details to come, but lets start thinking advertising. we have some big
posters coming and Cook tables but need to pump the event and sell out tix.
5) Shampoo is better, i go on first and clean the hair. No, conditioner is
betta, i make the hair silky and smooth. Oh really fool? Really!
6) Sushi Making (Steve)
-contacted Manyi? need estimate of # of people we'll have working with us.
-remember to order all the supplies.
-advertising ideas? besides the big sushi roll walking around...
-this is our last event....OH MY GOODNESS!!
7) No meeting on Nov. 23 due to leaving eating of the Thanxgiving turkeyness


PS I want to PERSONALLY thank Mel and Meg (and perhaps anyone else) for
rearranging our office and cleaning it all. It looks SPECTACULAR!
