The Free Software Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System

Richard Stallman, founder of the Free Software Foundation, will speak
about the purpose, goals, philosophy, methods, status, and future
prospects of the GNU operating system, which in combination with the
kernel Linux is now used by an estimated 17 to 20 million users world
This talk will be open to the public and free of admission, however we can
only seat the first 50 people to arrive. Please send an email to

Mr. Stallman will speak on the GNU project and answer questions from the
audience with any remaining time.
