W32.Sober.I@mm is a mass-mailing worm that uses its own SMTP engine to
spread by sending itself as an email attachment to addresses gathered from
the infected computer.
Symantec and McAfee have both reported this worm as a medium threat due to
Virus definitions dated 11/19/2004 are being pushed out from the central
antivirus servers to computers with the managed/on-campus version of
Symantec Antivirus installed.
