I don't think you are getting banned or blocked, at least not in
general, and usually, attachments, etc make it through the mail. Even

There ARE, however, spam filters and anti-virus filters before things
get to UVM. These are (pretty stupid) robots, so it's possible that
they block legitimate email. It's also possible that there are spam
filters etc on your side of the fence.
I'd suggest that if you think that mail is not making it through:
1. check the list archives
2. if it's not there, send it again, and send me a copy too (on a BCC
line) ... and
3. send me a separate message asking if that one made it through.
I'll pass problems on to the system managers who are in charge of care
and feeding of dumb robots. :)
