My "educated guess" is a Little Glassywing (P. verna)...but again, without
the specimen or at least, as Davie suggested, a good dorsal view, it is
tough to say with absolutel certainty...But given the color and arrangement
of the VFW light spots and the overall ground color I would that that's what
it may very well be...

To me, it looks like a Dun Skipper, though it might be a Little
Glassywing or, maybe, a Northern Broken Dash. Is there a picture of it
