MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

Midday forecast for the mountains of Vermont and Northern New York.
Tuesday: At 2000 feet, temperatures ranging from the mid to upper 20S
across the Green mountains, to the lower to mid 30S across the
Adirondacks. winds increasing to 10 to 20 mph late. at the summits,
temperatures ranging from the mid to upper 20S across the Green
mountains, to the lower and mid 30S across the Adirondacks. Winds 25
to 35 mph.
Wednesday: At 2000 feet, early morning highs in the mid 30S, then
temperatures falling into the 20S. at the summits, early morning highs
around 30, then temperatures falling into the 20S.
Light snow and sleet will change to freezing rain and rain late
Tuesday afternoon. Some ice and snow accumulation is expected.
Wednesday snow showers are expected with some additional accumulation
possible.
