The chair is going about 7 mph when you get off. That means you are going
7mph too. All you need to do is stand up and point slightly away from the
chair. You've got some momentum, certainly enough to clear the line. To get
any farther, just start skating. You don't have to go that fast or that far
really and climbing up to Falline is probably quicker on a board with one
foot in than it is on skis. Catamount or Chute might be quicker on skis.

Moot points are easy to argue.
