    MOUNTAIN WEATHER FORECAST

   National Weather Service Burlington VT
   250 AM EST Tue Dec 7 2004

   Midday forecast for the mountains of Vermont and Northern New York.

   Today: At 2000 feet, temperatures ranging from the lower to mid 20S
   across the Green mountains, to the lower 30S across the Adirondacks.
   winds 10 to 20 mph. at the summits, temperatures ranging from the mid
   to upper 20S across the Green mountains, to the lower and mid 30S
   across the Adirondacks. Winds 25 to 35 mph.

   Wednesday: At 2000 feet, temperatures around 30. Winds ranging from 15
   to 25 mph across the Green mountains, to 25 to 35 mph across the
   Adirondacks. at the summits, temperatures in the 20S. Winds ranging
   from 25 to 35 mph across the Green mountains, to 35 to 45 mph across
   the Adirondacks.

   Mixed precipitation today, will change to all rain across most areas
   by the evening hours. Expect a chance of snow showers on Wednesday.
