This tells the story.  Over an inch of precip...only 2 inches of new
snow...and temps right around freezing.  Like the National Weather Service
office in Burlington said this morning, if the atmosphere was only 5
degrees colder, it would make everything much easier and it would be all
snow.

Get ready for another soaker early to the middle of next week.
