I'm going by the European models (Euro and UKMET) and they caught onto the
changes earlier than most models.  I can't get a precip forecast out of
them but looking at the strong southerly flow west of Buffalo and high
relative humidities I would expect some decent overrunning precipitation
in the North Country.
