Well, here's a rough diagram of the Backyard Range:

I took that shot on November 29th of 2004, a day I will never forget.
But that's a story for another time. This is about the day prior, and
let's zoom in on it, shall we?

The green triangle points to a cornice on a shoulder of Red Mountain –
one I've played with a couple times now. The red line is roughly my
route down, and the blue diamond represents my house.

You can have your Utah. I like it here.

But enough of that, there's something I need to say about Winter.

How could she look so fine?

How could she be so cool?

How could it be she might be mine?

She'll follow wherever I go

She sees things like this

and freaks out, displaying a level of passion for it that even I don't possess.

She's grown to love jumping cornices

and making graffiti like this

is perfect.

So fine. These little trips mean the world to her. She'd die for it. I
guess I would too, but that would be easier for me to take, wouldn't
