Hi All,

Just to get clear on the protocol for setting up a new blog account,
who should we contact?  I was under the impression it was Mike Austin,
but I don't want to be assuming.

Any clarification would be helpful.  Also, what could we expect for a
turn-around time on the requests, given everyone's workload?
