>Subject: New RFP Deadline for Conference Presentations
>To: APSE Members
>From: Celane McWhorter, Executive Director
>All APSE members should have receive two communiques from APSE about
>the Request for Proposal for Presentations at the upcoming APSE
>Conference. The Advance newsletter still states the deadline for
>submitting proposals to present at the conference as January 30. We
>have extended the date to February 28. You should have also
>received a copy of the RFP with the new deadline.
>In November we sent out two two messages regarding the RFP -- a
>blanket email notifying our members that the RFP was on the APSE
>website and a postcard sent from a new mailing system through the
>post office. It appears that neither of these messages reached you,
>and so we turned to the good old fashioned snail mail to make sure
>all of our members have the opportunity to respond to the RFP and
>extended the time that you have to submit a proposal.
>If you have questions, feel free to contact me at 703-683-1166.
