I have no special food that I feed the owl. Apparently there are little
creatures that hang out in the snow tunnels eating the left over seed that
falls to the ground-voles, mice, etc. The owl has such good hearing that
when he sits on the branch he can hear the mice moving around. It is like a
wonderful winter buffet.
