We, (four of us), were up there yesterday, Saturday, and the boreal owl was
'in residence' in the cedar grove in Boucherville. A very considerate
'local' was our guide and without his assistance we surely would never have seen it
along with the great horned owl. While I have your attention, the great
grays are still there and we very much enjoyed viewing them also.
In conclusion, we much appreciated the hospitality of our northern neighbors
whom we found most accommodating whenever approached.
Incidentally, it seemed that these same neighbors really enjoy getting out
and walking and exercising in response to the inviting weather. There was a
